The device consists of multiple holders, where each holder is formed by a long bamboo cane, a short bamboo cane and a flexible polyvinyl chloride channel. The long bamboo cane is engaged parallel to the roof covering. The short bamboo cane is fastened to the protruding end of the bamboo cane at an angle of 90 degrees. The polyvinyl chloride channel overlies in the bend between the two bamboo canes.
