PURPOSE: The generationg set of the transport unit and method for generating using the same includes the piezoelectric element between the rim of wheel and tire. In that way the mechanical load force according to the deformation of tire can be changed into the electrical energy. CONSTITUTION: The inner ring installs to the outer circumference of rim(S401). A plurality of piezoelectric elements installs to the upper side of the inner ring(S402). The outer ring is fixed to the tire inner circumference(S403). Rim is inserted into tire(S404). A rim is rotated and it is fixed to the groove in which the piezoelectric element is formed in the outer ring(S405).
