Disclosed is a coordinate-input device whereby a connection between light-transmitting substrates can be made easily and the effect that contraction of the light-transmitting substrates causes with respect to the connection is reduced. Also disclosed are electronic equipment and a display device provided with the aforementioned coordinate-input device. In the disclosed coordinate-input device, a first light-transmitting substrate (10) and a second light-transmitting substrate (20) are disposed opposite each other with an insulating layer (40) therebetween. A transparent conductive film (11, 21) is formed on the inner surface of each light-transmitting substrate. The surface of the first light-transmitting substrate (10) that faces the second light-transmitting substrate is provided with a first connection electrode section (13), and the second light-transmitting substrate (20) is provided with a second connection electrode section (23) connected to the first connection electrode section. A tongue-forming slit (15) is formed in the first light-transmitting substrate (10) so as to create a cantilevered tongue (16). The first connection electrode section (13) is disposed on the tongue (16) and the tongue (16) is bent towards the second light-transmitting substrate, thereby connecting the first connection electrode section (13) with the second connection electrode section (23).
