PURPOSE: The apparatus for limiting rush current reduces the power consumption due to resistance with the bypass path. In that way it can use in the large power supply. CONSTITUTION: The inrush current restriction part controls the current of the output terminal through the distribution voltage distributing the applied input voltage. In the inrush current restriction part the first mode rush current approval mode, by controlling the level of the distribution voltage so that the current of the output terminal maintain by the set value if the current of the output terminal in advance arrives in to the fixed set value, the rush current is restricted. The inrush current restriction part comprises the voltage divider, and the current limit part(130) and level control part.
