PURPOSE: An external insulating gang form, a construction method of a concrete external wall of a building and a concrete external wall of a building are provided to simplify the curing process of a concrete external wall in the winter. CONSTITUTION: An external insulating gang form(100) comprises an external form, a mesh(120), horizontal supports(130), vertical supports(140), and an insulating layer. The mesh is attached to the front of the external form. The horizontal supports are arranged on the front of the mesh at given intervals. The vertical supports are arranged on the front of the horizontal support at given intervals. The insulating layer is uniformly applied on the front of the mesh.
