PURPOSE: A mobile terminal holder capable of attaching and detaching is provided to prevent the holder from being broken due to an excessive rotation by a strong force using a spring. CONSTITUTION: A hinge module is combined in a main body of a portable terminal. The hinge module rotates to a predetermined angle. A stand body is installed to the hinge module. A combination projection is included one of the hinge module or the stand body. A first elastic member(400) is included rest one of the hinge module or the stand body.
