<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil feeding structure which easily optimizes the amount of lubricating oil to be fed to components around a transmission shaft while avoiding excess supply of lubricating oil to a lubricating oil passage within the transmission shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The structure includes an oil guide component 91 disposed within a space part 81R as a shaft storing recess. The oil guide component 91 includes a bottomed cylindrical portion 92 opened at one end thereof, a flange 93 that flares outwardly on the open end side of the bottomed cylinder 92, and an oil hole 94 that communicates between the inside and the outside of the bottomed cylinder 92.
