<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED array that prevents a substrate from curving, even when providing an identification section on the backside of the substrate whose almost entire surface is covered with a copper foil. <P>SOLUTION: The LED array includes: a long and thin rectangular substrate having a surface and a backside; a plurality of LEDs that are mounted to the surface thereof in its lengthwise direction at specified spacing; a first copper foil provided at the connection with the LEDs on the surface thereof; and a second copper foil provided substantially on the entire backside thereof. An identification line is formed like a line continuing from one end to the other end in the lengthwise direction in the second copper foil on the backside of the substrate, wherein the surface of the substrate is exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
