PUMP DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device achieving a reduction in the axial length of a pump.

SOLUTION: This pump device includes: a pump unit P formed into a generally cylindrical shape and stored in a storage portion 41 forming a low pressure chamber 40 formed in a housing 31; a suction passage 42 opened in the periphery of the pump unit and supplying working fluid into the pump unit; and a discharge passage 43 for discharging the working fluid pressurized by the pump unit to the outside of the housing. The discharge passage is formed by a communication member 44 facing the low pressure chamber and allowing the pump unit to communicate with the housing.
