<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning management system which saves energy of an air conditioner without deteriorating the comfortability of a user using the air conditioner as much as possible, and to provide a program for the air conditioning management system and the air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device 20 includes: a second data input/output part 24 for inputting an actual measurement value from an illuminance meter 50 receiving sunlight and measuring the predetermined actual measurement value as an indicator of air conditioning control via a transmission line L2, a relay 30 and a transmission line L1; and a set temperature changing part 226 for comparing the actual measurement value input by the second data input/output part 24 with a set threshold value during cooling set for the air conditioning control when an operation mode of the air conditioner 40 as an energy saving control target is a cooling operation mode, executing processing of increasing the set temperature of the air conditioner 40 by predetermined temperature when it is determined that the actual measurement value is the set threshold value during cooling or lower or less than the set threshold value, and changing the set temperature of the air conditioner 40 based on the actual measurement value from the second data input/output part 24 only to increase the temperature in the cooling operation mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
