PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water heater with bathtub water heater function which prevents the malfunction of the washer function due to an erroneous decision on bathtub water draining when a bathtub water level lowers, keeps a circulation path of bathtub water clean all the time, and eliminates the maintenance by a user. SOLUTION: The water heater with bathtub water heater function includes: a detecting means that detects the water level decline period or speed per each declined amount of the water level of an unit based on a detected water level; and a determination means determining the bathtub water draining when the detected value obtained by the detecting means is included within a range between a first reference value and a second reference value larger than the first reference value.
