PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of heat exchange efficiency due to a dry out in a heat exchanger having an inner side flow path and a plurality of outer side flow paths disposed around the inner side flow path, and carrying out heat exchange between a fluid flowing through the inner side flow path and a fluid flowing through the outer side flow paths. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger, an economizer heat exchanger 12 has the inner side flow path 22 and the plurality of outer side flow paths 23 disposed around the inner side flow path 22, and heat exchange is carried out between the fluid flowing through the inner side flow path 22 and the fluid flowing through the outer side flow path 23. The fluid flowing through the inner side flow path 22 is a refrigerant flowing through the inner side flow path 22 in a gas-liquid two phase state, and a centrifugal force application mechanism 24 applying centrifugal force to the refrigerant flowing through the inner side flow path 22 is provided in the inner side flow path 22.
