Disclosed is a composition containing a bicyclic compound of formula (I) and a polyol and/or fatty acid ester which is an ester of a fatty acid and an alcohol selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol and a C1-6 monovalent alcohol. Also disclosed is a soft gelatine capsule formulation containing a compound of formula (I) and a soft gelatin capsule shell comprising gelatin and a polyol as a plasticizer, and a mixture comprising said bi-cyclic compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle, which is filled in the shell.
