PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hollow spacer buried in a slab of a building is provided to prevent the transmission of noise and vibration between the slabs of floors by producing a spacer with ultra-low internal pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hollow spacer buried in a slab of a building is as follows. A PP(Polypropylene) or PE(Polyethylene) plastic material(1) is fused. The fused material is extruded through a cylinder(210) into a first base material(50) of cylinder shape. The first base material is cut and heated to be compressed through injection molds(200a,200b). An air blower(230) is inserted through the injection molds into the first base material and injects the air to form a second base material(60) with a hollow. A stopper(20) is installed in a vent hole(30) of the second base material. A suction nozzle(240) draws in the air remaining in the hollow in order to complete a hollow spacer in which the inside of the second base material is kept in an ultra-low pressure state.
