<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food for microwave oven cooking, enabling the whole to be thawed and heated to a temperature suitable for eating by the cooking by a microwave oven even in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The frozen food for the microwave oven cooking is obtained by freezing the food in a state in which a paste-shaped sauce 12 is put on the upper surface of a noodle lump 11, and an exposed part 13 at which the noodle lump 11 is exposed upward without the sauce 12 put thereon is formed at the vicinity of the center part of the upper surface of the noodle lump 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
