<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding method or the like, which enables the manufacture of a bag or the like showing a stable welding strength even from a thin welding film without needing any precision work and alignment of a horn or anvil. <P>SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic welding method, an object to be welded is ultrasonic-welded while a cushioning material C is sandwiched at least between the object to be welded and the horn 15a or between the object to be welded and the anvil 15b.
