<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a procedure system in which tampering of procedure data to be transmitted from an agency or user to a service providing company or forgery of a fictional procedure can be checked. <P>SOLUTION: In terminal equipment of a procedure system, required items concerning the insurance contract of an applicant are input and a first electronic signature is applied to the procedure data. On condition that the first electronic signature is applied, the procedure data can be printed out. When printing, the time of printing and the number of times of printing are recorded. Besides, the contents of a series of events containing the application of the electronic signature and the printout of the procedure data or the like and the time of occurrence are recorded as event history data. Then, a second electronic signature is applied to the procedure data, the first electronic signature, the print data and the event history data and by transmitting them to external main terminal equipment, illegal revising of the procedure data can be prevented. Further, by sending data on the history of an event under processing and the time of printing/the number of times of printing or the like to the main terminal equipment as well, illegal revising can be detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
