<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve display/non-display of a symbol in a workflow by a simple work. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow document is divided to workflow elements corresponding to activities, and each workflow element is converted to an XML element described in XML. With respect to a converted XML element, a non-display XML element of an activity corresponding to a workflow element before the conversion to this XML element is acquired from a storage part wherein non-display XML elements described in XML are stored with respect to symbols which are not displayed till the occurrence of prescribed events for activities per type of activities and are displayed in response to the occurrence of the prescribed events, and the acquired non-display XML element is added to the XML element. XML elements corresponding to respective workflow elements to which non-display XML elements have been added are recorded in a display control sheet in accordance with definition of a work process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
