<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a quota of a CO2 amount emitted by the consumption of power by each information apparatus into an electronic ticket, to manage the CO2 emission amount of each information apparatus, and to allow a transaction of the CO2 emission amount with the other apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In this CO2 emission right electronic ticket conversion system for converting the CO2 emission amount accompanied by the power consumption of the information apparatus into a power usable time and managing it, the information apparatus includes: a means acquiring the electronic ticket set with power usable time information corresponding to a prescribed CO2 emission amount from a server; a means monitoring a power use time after startup where the acquired electronic ticket is mounted to the apparatus itself; a means receiving information about the power usable time where the power usable time is reduced by an amount corresponding to the CO2 emission amount of a unit time from the server every time the power use time lapses by the unit time, and updating the power usable time information set to the electronic ticket; and a means bringing the operation of the information apparatus into a lock state in which the operation is impossible in a stage in which the power usable time information of the electronic ticket is changed from zero to a negative number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
