<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve encoding efficiency, by generating environmental decoded pixels and a prediction signal having higher correlativity. <P>SOLUTION: A prediction signal is extracted from a reference image or neighboring decoded pixels according to a prediction mode in inter-prediction or intra-prediction about a prediction block to be encoded or decoded (S102), and for the extracted prediction signal, a prediction signal, which is obtained by adding correction according to one predetermined correction method or one correction method among a plurality of correction methods, is generated on the basis of at least any of attribute information of a block to be encoded or decoded, corresponding prediction mode information, the neighboring decoded pixels, and attribute information of a neighboring block to which the decoded pixels belong (S103 to S110). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
