摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for quantitatively determining a biological sample and a method for quantitatively determining a biological sample, wherein the chip and method are insusceptible to an obstructive factor to amplification contained in a specimen when a target nucleic acid contained in the specimen is quantitatively determined, a nucleic acid amplification reaction and quantitative determination of the target nucleic acid can be easily performed, and the quantitative range of the target nucleic acid is wide. <P>SOLUTION: The chip for quantitatively determining a biological sample is for quantitatively determining a biological sample that is used to quantitatively determine a target nucleic acid contained in a specimen, and the chip includes a plurality of reactor vessels. The plurality of reactor vessels include: known amount of a competitive nucleic acid that can be amplified by a common primer with the target nucleic acid and has a different sequence from that of the target nucleic acid; a common primer with the target nucleic acid and the competitive nucleic acid; and a fluorescent probe that combines with a part of the amplification product of target nucleic acid and competitive nucleic acid, and exhibits different fluorescence change between the amplification product of target nucleic acid and the amplification product of competitive nucleic acid.
