<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional operating ratio calculation method which does not comply with an actual customer environment. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a job log management means gathering job log information from an image forming apparatus and managing the gathered job log information; and an operating time management means managing an operating time, which is calculated by using the sum of job processing times found from a job log included in the job log information managed by the job log management means while giving consideration to delay in execution of a job corresponding to the job log, of the image forming apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
