<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID inlet with high electrostatic resistance, and to provide an RFID and a method of manufacturing the RFID inlet. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID inlet 10 includes: a substrate 2; an antenna pattern 4; a TFT (Thin Film Transistor) circuit 3 formed on the upper surface 2a of the substrate 2 and connected to the antenna pattern 4; and a conductive columnar member 6 arranged at least on the upper surface of the substrate 2 so as not to come in contact with the antenna pattern 4 and the TFT circuit 3. The length of the part of the columnar member 6 in a substrate normal direction, the part positioned on the side of the upper surface 2a of the substrate 2, is longer than the length of the TFT circuit 3 in the substrate normal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
