<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short-circuiting between adjacent electrodes of a solar cell module, for improving reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 101 is equipped with: a wiring sheet 10 where n-type and p-type wirings 12 and 13 are alternately arranged on a surface of an insulating base material 11 to form a stripe; and a rear surface electrode type solar battery cell 20 where n-type and p-type electrodes 24 and 25 connected to impurity diffusion regions 22 and 23 respectively are alternately arranged on one surface of a semiconductor substrate 21 to form a stripe. The electrodes 24 and 25 are connected to the wirings 12 and 13 in such manner as to establish a one-to-one relationship through a conductor 29c. The periphery of the conductor 29c is covered with an insulating resin 29i. An insulating body 28 having a composition different from the insulating resin 29i is installed between the electrodes 24 and 25 that are adjacent to each other, on the rear surface electrode type solar battery cell 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
