PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing graphene, to provide graphene produced by the method, to provide a conductive thin film comprising the graphene, to provide a transparent electrode comprising the graphene, and to provie a radiating or heating device comprising the graphene.

SOLUTION: The method for producing graphene includes: (a) preparing a graphene member including a base member 110, a hydrophilic oxide layer 120 formed on the base member, a hydrophobic metal catalyst layer 130 formed on the oxide layer, and a graphene layer 140 formed on the metal catalyst layer; (b) applying water to the graphene member; (c) separating the metal catalyst layer from the oxide layer; and (d) removing the metal catalyst layer using an etching process. A transfer member 150 is arranged on the graphene.
