PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-adhesion agent composition for asphalt excellent in spraying and storage stability, and having a high and lasting anti-adhesion effect for asphalt. SOLUTION: The anti-adhesion agent composition for asphalt contains a specific polycarboxylic acid compound (A); one or more surfactants (B) selected from a betaine amphoteric surfactant, an amino acid amphoteric surfactant, a polyoxyethylene alkylamine surfactant, an alkanolamide surfactant, and an amine oxide surfactant; and a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol (C).
