PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a getting-on-and-off guide device for easily getting on and off. SOLUTION: This getting-on-and-off guide device includes: a car call registration part 3A arranged in a car 11 of an elevator and registering a call of the car 11 in response to input from a user; a landing hall call registration part 3B arranged in a landing hall 13 of the elevator and registering the call of the car 11 in response to the input from the user; a display part 2 arranged at least in any one of the car 11 or the landing hall 13 and capable of displaying information; and a control part 5 for displaying getting-on-and-off guide information by controlling the display part 2 by making the getting-on-and-off guide information of indicting the existence of getting-on-and-off in respective stories for stopping the car 11 and a waiting position in the car of the user related to getting-on-and-off, based on the call registration of the car by the car call registration part 3A and the call registration of the car by the landing hall call registration part 3B.
