PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof reinforcing structure of a high roof vehicle, which efficiently enhances the bonding strength between a roof side rail member and the terminal of a roof reinforcing member. SOLUTION: The roof reinforcing member 40 includes: the main constituent 41 fixed to the in-vehicle side surface of a roof panel 20; and a terminal constituent 45 connected to both ends of the main constituent with a connection member 50. The terminal constituent 45 includes a columnar section formed of a pipe material, and connected to the roof side rail member 30 and extended vertically; a corner section bent into a curved shape from the upper end of the columnar section toward the center in the vehicle width direction; and a connection terminal extended from the front end of the corner section. The connection member 50 is formed to cover the end of the main constituent 41 and the connection end of the terminal constituent 45. In the space between the connection member 50, and the end of the main constituent 41 and the connection end of the terminal constituent 45, a foam filler for bonding these individual members is disposed.
