PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging mold capable of reducing an amount of a metal material fed to form a forging material and of suppressing the increase of the production cost of the mold. SOLUTION: A forging mold 1 is used for forging an impeller material formed into an almost columnar shape to be an impeller by cutting. The forging mold includes a first mold 2 having a recess 21 for forming an end surface and a side surface at an intake side in the impeller material; a second mold 3 for forming an end surface at an exhaust side in the impeller material; a plurality of protrusions 23, 23 at the intake side located around the center axis L of the impeller material at the end surface at the intake side and projected toward the inside of the recess 21 from a part between the blades of the impeller; and a plurality of protrusions 41, 41 at an outer circumferential side projected to the inside of the recess 21 from the part between the blades of the impeller in the vicinity of the end surface at the exhaust side at the side surface. The protrusion 23 at the intake side and the protrusion 41 at the outer circumferential side allow a relative position to be changeable around the center axis L. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
