PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rotor laminated iron core constituted by laminating each iron core piece, the rotor laminated iron core having magnet inserting holes each of which is inserted with each permanent magnet to resin seal the permanent magnet. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the rotor laminated iron core constituted by laminating the plurality of iron core pieces wherein the each permanent magnet 37 is inserted in the each of the plurality of magnet inserting holes 30 of the rotor laminated iron core 22 and then a thermosetting resin is poured into the magnet inserting holes 30 to fix the permanent magnets, is provided. The method includes steps of: arranging, on and under the rotor laminated iron core 22, an upper plate member 15 and a under plate member 16 either of which has a resin pot 29 formed penetrating vertically therethrough for pouring the thermosetting resin in the magnet inserting holes 30; and pressing the rotor laminated iron core 22 downward with the upper plate member 15 and upward with the under plate member 16 in order to extrude the thermosetting resin inside the resin pot 29 by means of a plunger 32, thereby filling the magnet inserting holes 30 with the thermosetting resin.
