An RF signal processing device is provided in which an automatic gain control signal outputted to an RF amplifier is not affected by noise components, where the device performing an automatic gain control operation is characterized by: an automatic gain control circuit receiving a driving voltage through a power supply terminal and outputting an automatic gain control signal for the automatic gain control operation to a signal output terminal; a first capacitor formed between the signal output terminal and a ground voltage supply terminal; and a second capacitor formed between the signal output terminal and the power supply.
