摘要 A laser television includes: a housing, a television screen, an optical engine positioned in the housing, a reflecting mirror and a television chip circuit, wherein the optical engine is a laser optical engine. A red semiconductor laser (1), a green semiconductor laser (15) and a blue semiconductor laser (13) constitute the light sources of the optical engine. After passing respectively through a beam processing module(2,14,11), a polarization beam splitter(5,10,8), and a liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) chip(4,12,9), the light emitted from the red semiconductor laser, the green semiconductor laser and the blue semiconductor laser is combined into a light combining prism(6) to be a single laser beam. The laser beam with all images information is transmitted to a projection lens (7) through an optical cable. The images are projected to the television screen by the reflecting mirror. The laser optical engine has a driving circuit, a feedback controlling module with the function of image brightness detection and signal feedback for real-time control of the power of the laser is added to the driving circuit. A color adjustment module is also added to the signal processing module to enable the color gamut correspondence with other displays, and the advantage of the laser display with large color gamut can be fully embodied. Compared to the present technology, the laser television has high definition, good color effect, long life and low cost, and a large screen and a super large screen can be made.
