摘要 <p>Disclosed is a method for producing a nanoparticle material, which is characterized in that: a hole transporting surfactant is poured into an InP/ZnS dispersion solution so that the surfaces of InP/ZnS quantum dots are covered with the hole transporting surfactant, thereby preparing a dispersion solution of InP/ZnS with a hole transporting surfactant; then (a) one or more layers (8) of quantum dots with a hole transporting surfactant are formed by coating a substrate (7) with the dispersion solution of InP/ZnS with a hole transporting surfactant using a spin coating method or the like; then a dispersion solution (replacement solution) containing an electron transporting surfactant (6) is prepared; and then (b) one or more quantum dot layers (9) are formed by immersing the substrate (7), on the surface of which the layers (8) of quantum dots with a hole transporting surfactant have been formed, in the replacement dispersion for a predetermined time so that the hole transporting surfactant is partially replaced with the electron transporting surfactant. Consequently, a nanoparticle material that has good carrier transport efficiency and is suitable for use in a photoelectric conversion device is produced by the method.</p>
