摘要 <p>Disclosed is a disconnection detecting circuit which is provided with: a first capacitor, which has one end thereof connected to a terminal of a first battery of the first battery and a second battery connected in series, with a first conductive path electrically connected with the terminal therebetween, and which has the other end thereof connected to a second conductive path electrically connected to the connecting points of the batteries; a first series circuit, which is a series circuit having a first resistor and a first switching element connected in series and is connected to the first capacitor in parallel; a second capacitor, which has one end thereof connected to the connecting point with the second conductive path therebetween, and has the other end thereof connected to a second battery terminal on the side opposite to the connecting point; a first voltage detecting unit that detects voltages of both the ends of the first capacitor; and a determining unit, which determines that the first and/or the second conductive path is disconnected when first conditions where a voltage detected by means of the first voltage detecting unit exceeds a previously set first threshold voltage in a state wherein the first switching element is turned off, and a voltage detected by means of the first voltage detecting means is lower than a previously set second threshold voltage in a state wherein the first switching element is turned on are met.</p>
