PURPOSE: A cast-in-place pile using a grouting method and a construction method thereof are provided to enable the continuous and stable reinforcement of weak soil foundation and bad soil foundation and minimize costs for installation of outer steel pipes. CONSTITUTION: A cast-in-place pile using a grouting method comprises an outer steel pipe(20), an inner steel pipe(30), a seal member(40), a calking panel, a solution, multiple reinforcing bars, and concrete. The outer steel pipe is installed in a bore hole. The inner steel pipe is installed on the inner side of the outer steel pipe. The seal member is inserted between the outer steel pipe and the inner steel pipe. The calking panel is installed on the upper part of the seal member and is installed between the outer steel pipe and the inner steel pipe. The solution is injected into the inner pipe through an inner pipe and an outer tube of a double pipe packer. The solution is soaked into the weak soil foundation through a through-hole formed in the inner steel pipe. The multiple reinforcing bars are coupled with a first fixing hole of an outer steel pipe and a second fixing hole of the inner steel pipe. |
