A production facility for the production and/or assembly of transportable articles is disclosed. The facility consists of a tent (1) whose support (4, 5) has at least one crane (2, 3) for raising, lowering and/or moving articles or parts thereof. The roof of the tent (1) is arranged above the crane (2, 3). The crane (2, 3) and support (4, 5) are connected by a ball and socket connection so that the crane (2, 3) is rotatable about the support.
