JOB PROCESSING SYSTEM AND IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job processing system and an image processing apparatus, capable of suppressing deterioration of productivity by reducing the effect on job processing of computer virus check.

SOLUTION: A composite machine as the image processing apparatus includes: a plurality of control modules (a scan control unit 35 to a file system unit 40) provided corresponding to a plurality of functions; a virus check unit 33 which performs the virus check with respect to the plurality of the control modules; a virus control unit 32 which causes the virus check unit 33 to perform the virus check respectively for some control modules among the plurality of the control modules; and a job administration unit 31 which permits execution of a job using only the control modules which have been confirmed not to be infected by the virus via the virus check.
