PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rebound of a member which is displaced when carrying a carrying object medium. SOLUTION: A lever member has a cam-follower 251 displaced according to the rotation of a cam member 24, and an arm 252 connected to the cam-follower 251 and displacing a plate-like member 12 according to the displacement to a position of Fig.(b) from a position of Fig.(a) of the cam-follower 251. 26 is a member for generating an elastic force such as a coil spring. The lever member is displaced to the position of Fig.(b) from the position of Fig.(a), and makes a recording medium S contact with a supply member 22. At this time, the supply member 22 rotates by being interlocked with a shaft 21, and sends out the recording medium S. A play part is arranged in a connecting part between the cam-follower 251 and the arm 252 so as to alleviate a shock when the recording medium S and the supply member 22 collide with each other.
