PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer for game balls in a game machine reducing the manufacturing cost, suppressing the noise and reducing the waste disposal cost. SOLUTION: A casing, connection parts and buffer parts are integrally molded of one kind of an impact absorbent material. The casing supports the connection parts projecting upward from the upper surface, and supports the buffer parts inside. The casing has a meandering ball passage between an inner wall surface and the buffer parts, and a ball outlet continued to the terminal end of the ball passage, in a lower part. The lower ends of a return tube and a transfer tube are inserted into and connected to the tubular connection parts. In the block-like buffer parts, a center buffer part is disposed below the center connection part, and buffer parts on both sides are disposed below the connection parts on both sides and lower than the center buffer part in such a way that game balls fall on two upper and lower stages with the ball outlet disposed lower than the buffer part on either side and under the center buffer part. Alternatively, the buffer parts on both sides are disposed below the connection parts on both sides and the center buffer part is disposed below the center connection part and lower than the buffer part on either side in such a way that game balls fall on two upper and lower stages with the ball outlet disposed at the lower part on either side of the center buffer part.
