PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a supporting structure of a cab an inexpensive and simple constitution, and to enhance the assemblability. SOLUTION: This supporting structure of the cab includes mounts 32 and a rear stopper mechanism 34. The rear stopper mechanism 34 is provided independently from the mount 32. The rear stopper mechanism 34 has a connector 60, a support 61 and a pin 63. The connector 60 is disposed to extend in the right and left direction within the right and left width of the cab on the under surface of a floor panel, and has through-holes penetrated in the front and rear direction at positions separate from each other in the right and left direction. The support 61 is provided on the vehicle frame, and has a hole penetrated in the same position and in the same direction as the through-hole.
