PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a printing plate by which a printing pattern composed of fine streaks can be printed in a well reproducible manner, a printing plate excellent in printing efficiency can be obtained, and to provide the printing plate. SOLUTION: An ink-repellent agent having a fluorine resin density of 0.05 to 0.4 mass% is applied on the printing plate surface of the printing plate and dried and cured to form a fluorine resin film 3 with a thickness of 5 to 30 nm. The viscosity of the ink-repellent agent is preferably 0.3 to 0.9 mPa s, and the coating amount of the ink-repellent agent is preferably 50 to 200 g/m<SP>2</SP>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
