PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid delivery head restraining occurrence of cracks of an element substrate caused by a difference of a linear expansion coefficient between a periphery sealing material and the element substrate and a supporting member, and enabling excellent printing. SOLUTION: The liquid delivery head includes: the element substrate that has a liquid supply port for supplying liquid to a liquid channel communicating with a delivery port for delivering the liquid; the supporting member that has a device hole in which the element substrate is arranged; and the periphery sealing material that seals the periphery of the element substrate arranged in the device hole, wherein the periphery sealing material is composed of thermosetting resin, and a member having flexibility is provided on a side surface of the device hole or a side surface of the element substrate.
