PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device stably positioning without using a lubrication means. SOLUTION: The positioning device 20 positions an object on which a pair of positioning pins 18 are formed. The positioning device 20 includes a pair of V-shaped groove structures 25 each having a V-shaped groove 30 in a mutually opposing arrangement and a pair of planar structures 26 each having a plane 31 in a mutually opposing arrangement. The V-shaped groove structures 25 in the pair approach each other such that at least three of the inclined surfaces constituting the V-shaped grooves 30 come into contact with the positioning pin 18; the planar structures 26 in the pair approach each other such that at least one of the planes 31 comes into contact with the positioning pin 18.
