PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer belt for image forming devices, the belt having excellent durability to external friction and so on while maintaining high quality image. SOLUTION: The intermediate transfer belt for image-forming devices comprises at least three layers including (a) a resinous base layer, (b) a rubber-elastic layer having a thickness of 200-400μm and made of a rubber or an elastomer, and (c) a resinous surface layer having a thickness of 0.5-6μm, the layers (a) to (c) being superposed in this order. In the intermediate transfer belt, granular or spherical filler with an average particle diameter of 0.4-8μm is added to the rubber-elastic layer. The ratio (M<SB>1</SB>/M<SB>3</SB>) of the mass concentration M<SB>1</SB>of filler contained in an area from an interface between the surface layer and the rubber elastic layer to a depth of 20μm in the direction of the base layer, to the mass concentration M<SB>3</SB>of filler contained in an area from the interface between the surface layer and the rubber elastic layer to a depth of 120 to 140μm in the direction of the base layer is at least 1.3.
