PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration device capable of highly accurate calibration of a thermal image camera. SOLUTION: The calibration device for thermal image cameras includes a plate-shaped base material 1; a plurality of cylindrical supporting members 2 erected on the base material 1; and spherical members 3 disposed and connected to each supporting member 2. The base material 1 and supporting members 2 are made of a resin having a low thermal conductivity and a low infrared reflectance, such as polycarbonate, and the spherical members 3 are made of a metal having a high thermal conductivity, such as aluminum. The spherical members 3 are subjected to alumite processing, and the surface thereof is colored so as to effectively emit infrared rays. In addition, the spherical members 3 each have a built-in resistor 4 as a heating means. A lead wire 5 connected to the resistor 4 is connected to a power source (not shown) through the inside of the cylindrical supporting members 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
