PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly tool capable of easily assembling a valve member on a valve disk without causing any misalignment, and preventing the occurrence of an assembling failure. SOLUTION: In the assembly tool 1, a valve disk 6 having an annular shape which is installed on the outer periphery of a shaft member 5a is aligned with a valve member V having an annular shape which is installed on the outer periphery of the shaft member 5a and laminated on an annular leaf valve 10 for opening/closing a port 7 formed in the valve disk 6. The assembly tool 1 includes a valve aligning section 2 having a cylindrical shape which is fitted onto the outer periphery of the valve member V so as to align the valve member V and a disk aligning section 3 which is fitted into the valve disk 6 to be aligned with the valve disk 6.
