PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device capable of achieving cost reduction. SOLUTION: The organic EL device includes: upward an insulating substrate, a first switching element arranged corresponding to a first organic EL element OLED1, and a second switching element arranged corresponding to a second organic EL element OLED2 having the same color in light-emitting color of the first organic EL element; a first interlayer dielectric to cover each of the first switching element and the second switching element; on the first interlayer dielectric, a first reflecting layer arranged corresponding to the first organic EL element and a second reflecting layer arranged corresponding to the second organic EL element; a second interlayer dielectric to cover the first reflecting layer and the second reflecting layer; on the second interlayer dielectric, a first pixel electrode connected to the first switching element and a second pixel electrode connected to the second switching element; a light-emitting layer which is arranged on each of the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode and contains a first dopant material of a first light-emitting color and a second dopant material of a second light-emitting color; and the counter electrode arranged on the light-emitting layer.
