This invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a base material and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a urethane resin or a styrene copolymer and also containing hollow microspheres and bubbles, formed at least on one side of the base material. This invention also provides a disposable body warmer having the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet as a bag-constituting component.
