PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion clip having a long stroke without enlarging its size and obtaining required resilience without bending in the middle of the stroke. SOLUTION: The cushion clip 10 is configured to integrate an impact absorbing cushion part 20 with a locking part 40 for locking to a mounting hole of a fixed member. The cushion part 20 is formed into a hollow shape including a bottom part 24 and a sidewall part 22, and the tip of the cushion part 20 is provided with an open hole 25 at the center. An outside wall 26 of the cushion part 20 is formed into a linear or smooth projecting shape in a height direction. The inside of the sidewall part 22 of the cushion part 20 is formed with a rib 30 projected in a ring shape to the inside of the cushion part from the sidewall part 22 in an intermediate position in the height direction.
