PURPOSE: An externally rotating mechanism through the offset outer rotating electrical machine drive is provided to increase power by making a driving wheel matched with an inner driving wheel. CONSTITUTION: In an externally rotating mechanism through the offset outer rotating electrical machine drive, a shaft hole(102) is installed at the center of each both plate respectively. A bearing(103) is installed in the shaft hole. A fixed shaft is penetrated through the bearing and is combined with a structure which is slightly installed. A hub(101) is rotated along the fixed shaft. |
